MUSIC EDUCATION FUND
In 2006, the Board of Directors of the Hemet Concert Association established a Music Education Fund.

The Fund consists of specific donations made to the Fund and a percentage of artists’ CD and other merchandise sales. The MEF is one way to achieve our goal of reaching out to young people. The first award was given in 2007 and continues today. Scholarships are given to students upon their enrollment as a music major in an accredited higher education institution. Grants are awarded to those who focus is musical instruction.

2026 Scholarship Application
The MEF awards scholarships and/or grants to high school graduates and music education programs in the San Jacinto Valley.
The 2026 application period is anticipated to open in approximately April 2026.
